  • 会员1279：很不错，首先无论前台还是服务人员的服务意识都很强，而且还很客气有礼貌及有素质，其次就是环境，民宿的环境很好，可以说是花园式民宿，本想订独栋别墅的，可是没订到手，这是唯一的一个小遗憾，有机会再去吧
  • 会员4010：各项都很好，但是细节还需要打磨，环境优美，但是休息的设施太少，院子里可以增加石桌子，复式房小院子也要增加桌椅，能让来的客人有回到老家庭院的感觉！继续努力！还会带老人再来！
  • 会员7284：到的时候已经是晚上8点了，可是前台一查，并没有我的订单，我把手机上的订单信息给她们看了一下，才发现我订错了酒店，我定的是汤河店，却跑到了官道口店，好在前台两个妹妹商量了一下，又和对面酒店联系，帮我办理了入住。酒店是木屋套房，房间全是原木的香味，民宿干净整洁卫生，非常舒适。为了方便我，管家还帮我把晚餐和早餐都送到房间，服务非常贴心。是一家值得推荐的民宿。
